Leopards News · Barstow and Fouts represent Louisville in the Stark County All-Star Bowling Match


Chase Barstow and Carleen Fouts represented Louisville High School at the Stark County All-Star Match.  This was the first year that Louisville had representation because it is the first year in the conference. The All-Star Match consisted of schools in the Stark County Conference.  Our Leopards competed on the East team with representatives from Alliance, Carrollton, East Canton, GlenOak, Green, Lake, North Canton, Marlington, Minerva, and United.  The West team consisted of representatives from Canton South, Central, Claymont, Dover, Jackson, Massillon, McKinley, New Philly, Perry, Sandy Valley, and Triway.   The teams had 6 bowlers bowl 2 individual games.  The teams had to also bowl 6 baker games.

Carleen Fouts ended her season with a 200 average and led the National Division. Chase Barstow ended his season with a 219 average and led the National Division and Stark County.

At the All-Star match, Carleen Fouts threw games of 203 and 164.  Fouts participated in every baker. Chase Barstow threw a 207 game and participated in every baker.  The girl’s East team fell.  The Boy’s East team won.  Both athletes had amazing seasons and made Louisville proud by representing our program!
